Through my camera the world looks different!

I'm Eva, a young self taught photographer from Austria. Currently I am studying business informatics in Innsbruck, Tyrol and photography is my passion.
Some years ago I started taking photos just for fun. In February 2007 I bought my first digital SLR and take artistic photos since then. Most of the time I use natural light but I also take two Nikon SB-28 speedlights. Currently I am shooting with a Canon EOS 5D MK II and own a 50mm 1.8 and a 16-35mm 2.8L.
Very often I stand behind and in front of the camera at the same time. I’m a self-portrait artist and for me this is a wonderful experience, I love getting to know two totally different views.
Photography allows me to relax and let my mind wander. Going for a walk with my boyfriend and my camera in spring really recharges my batteries. Nature and music inspire a lot of my work. However, I don't let reality stand in the way of my imagination.
